At Run For Ya Mental, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear. We want you to feel confident and focused in every mile you run. If your purchase isn't the right fit for your journey, we are here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original condition.

• Tags Attached: All original branding and technical tags must still be attached.

• Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including any premium magnetic boxes if applicable.

• Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your gear in time for your next training session.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
